Sleep Country Living Mattresses are made to order. They will take 2-6 business days to be made and then once shipped we will provide the tracking number by email. Once shipped depending where you live it can be 10-14 business days to arrive. If you order on a Wednesday or Thursday they will take longer to ship since our factory does not do production on Fridays or Holiday Rush/Sales time orders can take longer since the factories will be busier.
Sleep Country Living is not responsible for stolen packages that may be taken from a porch, front steps or other areas at the customer's home or apartment.
Sleep Country Living offers an Industry Leading 18 Month Sleep trial. We are so sure Sleep Country Living’s quality and comfort stand for themselves that we want you to be able to experience the Sleep Country Living mattress risk free for 18 full months. If for any reason during your 18 month trial, after 30 days, you decide your mattress is not right for you, we will manage your return at no cost to you and refund your full price paid for a Sleep Country Living mattress immediately on your return being completed.
We ask a consumer to give the mattress at least 30 days before returning if we cannot find a solution for wanting to return the mattress. This is an important request because a person’s body can take time to get used to a new mattress.
Exchanges are performed by returning the original mattress through our returns process, as mentioned in the question above. It’s then up to you whether you would like to purchase a replacement before receiving your refund for the return. If your Sleep Country Living mattress is damaged, please give us a call and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
If you wish to return or cancel part of an order (e.g. if you ordered a mattress and a set of sheets, but wish to return/cancel the sheets but keep the mattress), then we will deduct the value of the product(s) you wish to keep from your refund amount. If you would like to keep a product that was part of a bundle or promotion, but keep the rest of the items involved, there will be a 20% deduction from the refund amount for every product you wish to keep.
